trainer , coach, educator, academician, English language trainer with experience spanning 30+ years.
Experienced in managing schools, administration, the entire gamut of academics like teaching, lesson planning, curriculum planning, co-scholastics, coaching teachers & enhancing their skills. An experienced coach who uses modern methodologies like NLP, personality profiling, learning styles, multiple intelligences, Bloom’s taxonomy, situational leadership to guide and mould teachers to excel both personally and professionally.
I have interviewed over 500 candidates for positions of teacher, vice-principal, academic coordinator for schools, and Next Education. I have substantial knowledge of assessing personality and behaviour through structured interviews using psychometric tools like ‘Sensation Seeking Scale’, ‘Word Association Test’, ‘Thematic Association Test’, ‘Picture Association Test’, ‘Locus of Control Internal’, ‘Situation Reaction Test’, ‘Creative Visualization Test’.
Academic Observations & Audit
Academic observations of teachers and students are conducted once in three months.(Customizable) An audit report is created based on these observations and handed over to the school.

Upscaling the skills of teachers is related to the growth and success of a school. We have different skill-based workshops for teachers to enhance their skills and lead the institution to success.

Various Courses would be available for teachers. The school heads can subscribe to them where teachers have the advantage of learning at
